Team document library + a much smarter dashboard

A shared registry of document types your team requests, plus a reworked dashboard: grouped activity bars, rich tooltips, hoverable KPI cards and a progress column on the clients table.

Document library

There is now a single, team-shared registry of document types. Define a document once — label and description in English, French and Portuguese, an optional helper video, and whether it's required by default — and every block pulls from it. Documents and blocks live on one page with a simple toggle.

Dashboard analytics

  • The activity chart switched from lines to grouped bars (created / sent / completed per day) and now follows your date-range filter correctly.
  • Rich tooltips — hover a day to see exactly which cases moved, with client names and progress bars.
  • KPI cards show the top clients in each bucket on hover, so "Collection in progress: 7" becomes actionable without leaving the page.
  • A primary "New case" button now lives in the header strip.

Clients table

A new progress column shows how far along each client's active case is — validation progress, not just uploads.

Email templates on the case page

Each case now has an email template panel that suggests the right message for the moment — initial request, reminder, follow-up, rejection or completion — pre-filled with the client's details and your portal link, ready to copy into your mail client.
