These terms govern your use of Dossia, the document-collection service for mortgage brokers and other professionals ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
Dossia lets you create document checklists, send private upload links to your clients, validate the documents they upload, and assemble complete files for transmission to banks or other recipients. We may improve or modify features over time; we will not materially degrade the core Service during your subscription.
You remain the data controller for the documents and personal data you collect from your clients through the Service. Dossia processes this data only on your instructions, as described in our privacy policy and, where executed, the Data Processing Agreement between us. All data is hosted inside the European Union.
Proof-of-concept periods are free for the stated duration. Paid plans are billed per the pricing agreed at signup and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
You may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, after notice where practical. After termination you have 30 days to export your data, after which it is deleted.
We operate the Service with commercially reasonable skill and care and aim for high availability, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the law of our country of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or professional protections that apply to you. Questions about these terms: use the contact page.
