Clients now give explicit, recorded consent before uploading anything. Workspace creation is invite-only, and joining a team is one click from the invitation email.
Consent, recorded properly
Portal consent gate — before a client can upload a single file, they read a plain-language notice (in their language) about how their documents are processed, where they're stored, and their rights — and explicitly agree. The timestamp, IP and terms version are recorded as proof of consent (GDPR Art. 6).
Broker terms — your own acceptance of the terms is stamped at account creation, so both sides of the processing relationship are documented.
Tighter onboarding
Invite-only workspaces — self-serve workspace creation is disabled; new brokerages are set up with us during the proof of concept, and team members join by invitation.
One-click joining — accepting an invitation no longer requires an extra confirmation step after signing up; the hand-off is automatic.
Invitations in your language — invitation emails are now available in French and Portuguese, and expired invitations can be renewed.
